    3. Heatsinks & Cooling

      Since LEDs are not 100% efficient, some of the electricity going into the LED chip turns into heat. If that heat builds up on the LED chip it will become damaged. Heatsinks and cooling is essential to remove the heat from your LED so that it doesn't burn out.
